# not_found

> HTTP 404 — no such route or resource.

Either the path does not exist on this API version, or the identifier in the
request (for example a phone number or contact) does not resolve to a
resource the token can see.

**Not retryable.** Check the path against the API reference and confirm the
identifier belongs to the authenticated account.
